RESERVATION INFORMATION
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
One night's deposit is required for all reservations. Reservations
may be made over the phone or in person. A deposit guarantees that we
will hold the room requested and that you will take the entire period
booked. Reservations may not be shortened after arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE NOTE: Deposits will be forfeited unless
notice of cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival
or if guest arrives on a later date than confirmed. All other
cancellations will be charged a $30.00 Cancellation Fee. Early
checkouts will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same
policy!
MINIMUM RESERVATION STAY
Two Nights - Weekdays
Three Nights - Weekends*
Minimum length of stay is subject to change without notice.
*Holiday weekends may require a longer stay
PAYMENT
Balance is due upon arrival. Major credit cards
accepted.
