All rates based on double
occupancy, except Suites or larger accommodations which are based on
four person occupancy. Weekends require a two night minimum and
holiday weekends may require a three day minimum. Each additional
person is $10.00 with a maximum of three adults for standard rooms.
Weekly rates apply to any seven consecutive days except for
apartments, which may require Saturday Check in and Saturday Check
out. All rates apply to rooms booked in advance and are subject to
change without notice .

RESERVATION INFORMATION
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
One Nights deposit
is required for all reservations. Reservations may be made by
phone or in person. A deposit guarantees that we will hold the
room requested and that the guest will take the entire period
booked. Reservations shortened after arrival are subject to
our cancellation policy. Please read our cancellation policy
carefully before submitting your deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE NOTE:
Deposits will be forfeited unless
notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to scheduled
arrival or if guest arrives at a later date than scheduled.
Luxury units may be subject to a longer cancellation period.
All other cancellations will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Early checkouts will be treated as cancellations unless changes were
made prior to the cancellation period.
PAYMENT
Balance is due upon arrival. Major credit cards
are accepted.
Personal checks accepted for advance deposits only.
