Holiday Weekends Are Not Included In
These Above Prices.
Weekdays are
Monday thru Thursday, Weekends are Friday or Saturday. All
rates are per night except weekly. Rates are based upon double
occupancy, Suites are based on four person occupancy. Each
additional child is $5.00 each additional adult is $25.00 with a max
of three adults per room. These rates apply to rooms booked in
advance and are subject to change without notice. Three Day
Weekday special is good for any three days Sunday thru Thursday.
Holiday weekends are not included in these rates. Please call
for Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor day weekend rates.
Prices
are subject to all state and local taxes. July rate begins
June 27, 2008.
RESERVATION INFORMATION
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
One Nights deposit
is required for all reservations. Reservations may be made by
phone or in person. A deposit guarantees that we will hold the
room requested and that the guest will take the entire period
booked. Reservations shortened after arrival are subject to
our cancellation policy. Please read our cancellation policy
carefully before submitting your deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE NOTE:
Deposits will be forfeited unless
notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to scheduled
arrival or if guest arrives at a later date than scheduled.
Luxury units may be subject to a longer cancellation period.
All other cancellations will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Early checkouts will be treated as cancellations unless changes were
made prior to the cancellation period.
PAYMENT
Balance is due upon arrival. Major credit cards
are accepted.
Personal checks accepted for advance deposits only.
